There is nothing more effective than Paracetamol for a cold... You can try all these other things and they may work for you, but Paracetamol is the best relief for colds.
Also a good coating of vics vapour rub.........mainly because it smells lovely!

I like someone who can make me laugh, is good company, can talk about anything, who have a smile that lights up their eyes. Physical appearance is not as important, although an attraction is essential.
