Single, live alone non-pushy guy. Own home and solvent. 

I consider myself to be well educated and articulate, so I'm able to hold a decent conversation (not all bricklayers speak in grunts!). 

I'm very open-minded as far as anything sexual goes, with a few exceptions (3 p's), predominately straight, but with a slight curiosity that I've as yet, not explored. 

I'm fastidious about cleanliness, both myself and my home, and expect the same.
