I know alot of people on here dis diet programs but the one I follow has done me the world of good and I have shed the excess at a good pace and it doesn't strave me.I also find I can still have the stuff your not suppose to have and still keep the wait off.
I also find having a large dog that needs lots of excercise a great way to keep the pounds off lol

Didn't actually go to the concert but from where I live you could hear just I couldn't hear everything especially Bono going on with himself (thank god) but did hear the song veritgo very well.
Unfortunatly that is the problem with Bono he does have alot of opinions which he doesn't keep to himself and I suppose when he has a captured audience he is going to express them .Whether you agree or not.
