I'd imagine then, that smoking will be allowed in cells, not landings/worshops/canteen or communal areas

Everything you do affects 'us' and the way this all works - linking to a site you havent even fully checked out for yourselves let alone asked for oppinions on is just unacceptable really. We're just going over old ground again, because we had this conversation last time with the MissC issue and SHM.
