In traffic queues on motorway, why do some lorry drivers take it upon themselves to sit accross two lanes thus not allowing traffic to pass and creating more of a backlog?
Also I think that all drivers should be made to ride a motorbike. Bike riders are far more aware of what's going on around them than any other driver.

I’ve had a word with a good friend of mine, and he is letting me use his house, (as its local and my bday present from him) to hold a house party after the Birthday Munch on 2nd September. He is well-known on the swing scene, but I must stress that this is my afters-party, all info and invites etc will come solely from me. This is not an open invite party and only those on the Munch guest list are eligible to attend – no exceptions. As the venue is also someone’s home, I reserve the right to not release address details until very last minute.
A few nibbles will be laid on for you but you will need to bring your own bottle/beer/drinks. Weather depending, there may be additional covered room in the garden. There will be music (although not too loud as there are neighbours :scared and you are welcome to bring your own CD’s too to ensure something for everyone :thumbup:
Eating, drinking and merriment will continue until whenever people drift off back to hotels/ home – you will need to pre-book taxi’s if you’re needing one after 2am, ( taxi numbers will be in the final details pm) but if anyone coming can offer lifts, that’d be fantastic! (again, pm me please )
I stress that this will primarily be a social party and there is no expectation or obligation on anyone to play or be involved in anything more than a social drink/ chat with others. ....There will be playroom open upstairs if people want to play, but downstairs is TOTALLY social. Anyone breaking this rule or deemed to be making a pest of themselves will be asked to leave, again, no exceptions.

If you’re interested in coming, so I can gauge numbers for food, let me know in this thread or pm me. I will not be publishing a list of attendees.
If you need to drop anything off ie. booze, for the afters party before the main event, you may do so after 3pm & drop in for pre-munch drinkies, just PM me and I’ll send you the details . There are no charges for this party.

Even something as simple as treating yourself to a lovely long relaxing soak with your favourite bubble bath (or Lush stuff ) before the ‘doo’ instead of a quick shower !! there’s something for everyone in this theme !! Indulgence is the key!!
if anyone's really stuck for ideas, pm me - but I'm sure no one needs an excuse to be totally self-indulgent for just one evening!
Remember though - This is the theme as far as 'dressing up' goes - the event itself is purely social & is within a vanilla establishment so it's 'appropriately Indulgent' rather than OTT ! :wink:
