Its my burtfday on 25th and im being good that day and spending it with family. However, this weekend i am partying for my 51st birthday at venue and chams the night before if anyone wants to join me. (5 miles up the road).

the paradise spa in dagenham ( see clubs listing) is holding a help for heroes charity night. there will be karaoke, spot prizes etc. the theme is uniform, so get those, army,police,nurses sexy outfits on and come on down to a good cause. lots of fun and the club is clean and friendly.
