In this case I'm on about being caught out unexpectedly last night and ending up out on the road without my laptop. Result: no Internet access so couldn't drop in to SH Towers.
Well, it was absolute Hell!! I was bored to tears and ended up going to bed at 9pm. I woke up at 2am this morning through conditioning to getting by on minimal sleep when I'm on the road, and promptly went back to sleep as I didn't need to get up until
Now I've been home, showered, picked up my overnighting bag and my laptop and I'm out on the road again and I've got home, back to SH Towers.

It's only been 48 hours of enforced withdrawal but now I'm back and "following through".
Ah hah! I can hear the penny dropping! Gotcha!! :lol: :lol:
Do you suffer severe withdrawal symptoms when you're away from SH Towers?
And how do you follow through?
