Having given up myself many times -- and then relapsed -- I've always found the first week or so the most difficult from the physiological "nicotine addiction" angle and you have already cracked that one. What's left is more a psychological addiction and that's the one I've always had problems with.
My usual downfall is that I'll find myself at a party or in company with smokers and I'll suddenly realise I have a lighted fag in my mouth -- and its downhill from there onwards.

Cheaper and faster than a fertility clinic, but with unpredictable results and not really different to what has gone on for years when women get "broody" and hubby can't fix it !!
And at least most of the swingers here are responsible enough to get tested for STIs which is a better risk than picking up someone at the local pub.

Most of us in our day-to-day lives mix with people of whom at least 90% are likely to be reasonably honest and upright, and we only occasionally come into contact with criminals. The police, CPS, magistrates and judges on the other hand probably see more criminals than honest people, and must surely develop a very different picture of how society works to the rest of us, and I suspect, will often err on the side of guilty rather than innocent. If we had professional jurors I'm sure they would soon become tainted with the same view of society as they would constantly see people who had been accused of serious crimes (and by inference, a larger proportion of those are likely to be guilty than a random sample picked off the street)
So I would much sooner be tried by a random bunch of 12!!

Sitting in the car park eating a "McBreakfast" this morning I decided to see if the free WiFi McDonalds offer was any good. I don't usually have a laptop but I had one I'd just repaired and wanted to try that out too.
Found the network, logged on, checked my "vanilla" e-mail and decided to try a McChat in SH -- oh woe is me -- "ACCESS DENIED __ SITE IS PORNOGRAPHIC" -- so for anyone who was wondering, McD's WiFi is certainly NOT swinger friendly lol

Most couples and bi ladies will keep their options open by ticking the "single straight males" box on the profile. There are so many of us single males around to choose from that they are spoilt for choice and don't normally need to advertise. The search engine will simply search to see if that box is ticked. My best advice would be to spend time getting to know people in the forum, the chatrooms, and at any social events you can get to. Answering ads just might get you somewhere, but my experience is that you only get about 1 reply for every 50 letters you write ( and thats a reply of any sort, not a "yes please")
