If I dig around for a while, I'm sure I can find the contact details for a mate of mine over in the US (untraceable to you, of course). He has a business that collects dog turds and presents them, nicely gift-wrapped and packaged, with a small flag in the business end of things that reads "Someone, somewhere thinks you're a s**t". Nice touch, that flag - and the service isn't that expensive but you do have to let him know what srt of crap you want to send!!
I think sexymale21 has it about right, but I would put Goodfellas first simply because of the sheer agression some of the characters show - Godfather's a stronger, better plot mind you.
I'd welcome Snatch and Lock Stock for light relief; Get Carter (original) for a look back at the 60's and The Wanderers for a slight spin on 'Gangster' - it's street gangsters in NY, but a cracking film!

The law is quite stongly in her favour here because the comapny has to follow certain processes before they make someone redundant:
1. The moment they knew her job was at risk they should have told her that she might be affected.
2. Consultation period. This should be an interactive process where both parties try to find alternative jobs within the company - such as removing the P/T employee or retraining her for a different job.
3. Staff selection. There should be a pool of people who are considered - part timers as well. To remove someone simply because they've served less time is not always the right thing to do - the company should be able to prove that it wasn't just one person who decided the outcome that if they do remove the 'newest' - an appeal board wouldn't like that descision to be made by only one person.
That's some of the basics - it might be worth checking your insurance policy (you never know, you might have legal cover in there). A call in to the CAB is always a good idea as well.
Good luck - hope it works out okay, but be careful not to expect a quick result and remember that even if she does get to stay, she probably won't be made too welcome.

Okay, okay, so I'm a guy looking for some fun, but I can't believe how many adverts out there stink of corporate work.... like the pictures that have excellent lighting without deep shadows (oddly enough, the ladies are always in sterile, perfect surroundings - hardly a home!).
I've responded to a random selection of people and of 21 emails sent, only one came back with any signs of a human - all the rest told me that "Sorry, I've moved to another site - please remove your brain, open your wallet and say hi!!
What's the rest of you think? In your experience, what's the ratio of junk / Real Photo Ads.?
