As has been said many times, its out there, we are out there but YOUhave to find it. We go out most weekends and without fail have loads of fun

Wel, l posted a reply on The Cafe and was deleted by an un-named Mod in ridiculous cirumstances...only because I am considered a newbie..read the posts! Nothing negative in my post. No response from the offending Mod but 2 posts by sympathetic Mods.
My stance on the Dogging Forum and conveyed in my posts in reply to Jomu is that if it is now an illegal activity..Dogging not Swinging in carparks..then the Dogging Forum should close.
You may choose to frequent carparks and be available to couples and single guys but you are not Doggers and should post in Lets Meet Up. Hope this doesnt offend you.

Dont go for the highest price and lowest fee, they are the desperate ones.
Ask them what they have sold similar to your own.
Look for an agent that has the highest number of sold boards.
Look for an Independent agent, where the ownwer is in the office. Its his company and if he doesn't sell houses he wont pay his bills. A corporate agent will have a fat pay cheque every month wether or not he has sold anything.
Have at least three agents round and decide from thier presentations and attitude. Do they know the market??
Never sign an agreement for more than 8 weeks, if they are good you can always renew it.

Point 1, how do they know you have a bike, do you ride up next to the car???? Try parking a bit away and stroll up to the car.
Point 2, I rarely see the faces of the guys because my preferred position is standing with arse out car door bent over the seat. Almost elevated doggy style ( thats because its warmer in the car and I can listen to the radio if i get bored :P . ( only joking, well about the radio anyway. )
