Hi,
I'm new here and responded to an ad placed by a couple seeking a single male. My response was polite and respectful and directly relevant to their ad. I today received a generic response directing me to a dating/adult site off this board. The name didn't match the original ad, nor did the picture. Only the location (town name was correct). Nor did the response address anything I said in my reply to their advertismen t.
I therefore suspect that the ad was fake. Is this common? Do I report it to somebody?
