When you pay for something at the bar or shop do you tip? i was just thinking about this and "tipping" like in the pub "take your own to the bar maid" is 20-50p? but what if theres only a penny or two left say something is £??.98 or 99 do you wait for the penny or two? It's my thinking that a penny -you keep it is rather insulting? so do you wait for the penny change?
