Hi all,
on Thursday, my parter asked if we i would like to go with her to a strip club.. my eyes light up and thought "dam right" until it cam with a catch.. she said i would have to go with her to a gay bar the following weekend.. but i thought sod it I'm up for that.
Last Friday
me and my partner chose a club called Legs eleven in The Chinese quarter of Birmingham, and Ive gotta say it was quite a let down, i don't know if it was me but when Ive been to a there before the strippers had sort of swarmed around ya, but when i was went on Friday they wouldn't come anywhere near us, so i was quiet disappointed and got bored quiet quickly... after about an hours, and a few Mortgage priced drinks, we left,
on the way back through town to get some food she Shouts "lets go in there" i turn to have a look and i thought "crap" there was a little gay bar.. i was trying to make my excesses, but in the end she won ( like most women do! lol), so we walked in, and Ive gotta say, out of two venues i had more fun in the gay bar than i did in the Strip club, we had a such laugh.. and the highlight of my girlfriends night was me getting pulled by a guy who looked no older that 13 (don't even say something sarcy about that one! lol)

There has been a SH golf day so why not a SH Classic Car weekend?
The definition of a "classic"car is obviously open for discussion but I would recommend as starters any vehicle over 20 years old, modern sports cars, classic bikes etc.
I know this needs development, but any ideas gratefully received and we will see where we take it to.
i spend most of my weekend ( well the ones that i'm not off swinging) at Classic car does.. was meant to be at the Festival of speed at the weekend, but due to crappy changes i ended up at the bromely pagent. i'm at the Amercain car show in Tatton this weekend..
i'm a bit young to own a classic car, but i do like most of them... some of my favourites have got to be the MG T series ( TA,TC,TD,TF) . or a few of the old morgans.
you can beat a classic British car... saldy look at us now..
if anyone does want to get a meet at one fo the shows i'll see what i can do.

i know of a great location for a munch. our company used it for a confrence a few weeks ago, and i just couldn't help think that this could be a great place for a munch.. all depending on the cost to hire the place, i will think about booking it... not sure where i can fit it this side of xmas, as every month is fully booked up so i will keep you noted

the hotel rooms are not very good, but if its just a place to drop ya head then thats ok. the swinging section it self is good, i had a really good night. so it is probably worth doing.
