Hi, I'm hoping there is a techy out there who can help me to get my webcam to work in the chatrooms. I get a message saying 'shockwave flash plugin crashed' every time I try to turn my camera on. That may mean something to someone but it's double dutch to me. lol. I have tried reloading shockwave from the addobe website but that hasn't helped. any suggestions on what to try next would be gratefully rec'd. just remember you are talking to a non tech person so be kind to me. thanks.
