What has happened is when we asked one of the guys to build that site, he has not been factually correct when he wrote the text. This happens at times as I dont get a chance to see everything that is written. That site was built around the same time as doing the first of the surveys so he probably just mis understood the instructions.
Its only a text change, I will put it on the list lol

Firstly everything is confidential in terms of who ticked what etc :P .
1. The Magazine survey info was used to decide if we should launch a community magazine confused

2. It told us the type of information that people wanted covered along with what adverts that people wanted to see :idea: .
3. The aim here was to ensure that the content was specifically targeted toward our members to ensure it was on topic :!: .
The other survey was conducted for the following reasons.
1. We were trying to establish a few basic trends for our community these included age, Sex, etc. Before this point we had very little at all to help us understand the needs of this community as it grows.
2. The data collected has genuinely been used to raise awareness of certain topics for our members including Sexual Health as well as give us an insight as to how Swinging Clubs and sites like this help the scene.
3. This DATA has never been used externally or sold in any way shape or form.
In the right circumstances we would make some of these results public domain. But that would only ever be for the good of the community if we are being mis represented or victimised etc. I am struggling to think of any major reason to do this but again "THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN USED".
I hope that clears things up a little :?:

I know you must feel frustrated about it but these are the reasons behind this rule.
1. On occasions people do contact us and say that they have not given consent to be in a picture that has appeared on the site etc etc.
2. Sometimes (cant comment on your pics) some poses closely include others in the shot. Maybe an arm round the shoulder of a friend etc. There is no way to know what person is the member?.
On the plus side you know that all the pictures you look at on the site are of the members.
I hope this helps to clarify things wink

Some good points here, Kiss we will split fetish from CD, Tv etc. The site text was all increased in pixel size with the exception of quoted text on the forum.
We are just incresing the quote size text so keep an eye out!

Well all things being said this week the Chat Rooms are on faster Servers and V3 went live today lol

We have an improved search facility to put live as well as a few other bits as soon as we are sure that everything is all stable. You should see the new features going on over the next few days/weeks followed by the new Chat Room once we are 100% happy with it.
Can you please list here any BUGS that you see on the site such as missing images or stuff that just is not working right. It will be really appreciated if you list anything that you spot!

Guess what the owner of the Chinese has just come out, nearly in tears to say sorry personally for the 2+ hour long wait we had. I thought he was going to have a breakdown on the doorstep I can say I have been really stunned... I was not nasty about it being late when I called, had a joke with the delivery chap about it being nearly breakfast time. Anyway he just gave us a Â£25 voucher off for our next order.
To be fair the service has sucked tonight but this chap was pationately sorry about his staffing levels and I felt really bad even taking the voucher.
All is well that ends well, so curry on me next week wink

Ok First of all yes I am dieting but hell its a Friday night!!.
I ordered a Curry (Chinese) at this evening, they did say they are busy and It could take an hour :cry: Anyway 2 hrs 15 minutes later still no curry I am frickin starvin and have just tried to eat the cat as it walked past me rolleyes

I rang them up and said that that it was an evening dinner order and if we wait any longer then it will be breakfast. They said sorry etc and said it will be with you in less than 5 minutes as the driver has already left with it etc etc....
That was another 25 minutes ago, do you do the following (If it ever gets here)
1. Tell the delivery driver to take the cold late food away as it is so late
2. Just have a moan on the doorstep dont give him a tip and eat it anyway
3. Call the curry house and tell them you are not paying
I will also post the actual delivery time here (if it ever gets here)

Ok first piece of advice on this is calm down... Easier said than done but it is this kind of stuff that shortens your life, makes you ill and can cause outburts of emotion at work that could put the shoe on the wrong foot confused

A bigger boss should completely appreciate the problem and dilemer that you have faced today. Put it this way these faulty goods could cause your company to loose a contract that costs the directors money and could cost jobs on the shop floor. No business will want that!! wink

Dont be afraid to go above his head IF YOU DONT GET ANY UNDERSTANDING. The first thing to do tommorow is empithise with the line managers position eg. "I completely understnd that returned goods cost us money as a business but what would happen if etc etc". However by you impying that I am racist you have concerned me that I might need to escilate this problem etc. At this point he should be worried pulling that card on you as it could be his job on the line.
I would suggest you do all of this in ear shot of someone else who could verify the position later if required.
Good luck and remember you have done nothing wrong by refusing to produce sub standard work. You should suggest that the Pols need more supervision and training in order for your products to meet to basic required standards!! :idea:
