Upload a photo from your pc using My Photo's, click on the add photo link, select 'is profile', save changes.
Then go into MyAccount click on the forum settings link, click on the image that you want for your avatar and save changes.
ok had to test that so now I'm a lake.

Unless someone corrects me, I don't think you can at the moment unless you want to use one of the site supplied ones........ in which case you can get to them from My Account

Having had a couple of "wanna shag" type PMs today from total strangers, I clicked onto the senders profile to see who they are and I can't see the link to "find all posts by..."
Has this feature been removed? I know I can search but it was so much easier to just use the link....anyone know?

All you can currently see is their profile, you can't find previous posts (if any) by clicking a button.

Its obviously not working properly and it is very frustrating and annoying, however it is the first day or so. It didn't appear to be broken ...... but they still decided to fix it tut tut..Im sure they will fix it properly now. After all it isn't life changing or terminal.

Err Judy the first part was genuinely meant as light hearted humour.......... the rest is purely information to those that know us that the name has changed and the reason why.
Yes all new systems have problems but some of those problems could have been lessened with some more attention to detail thats all......... but hey we're all still here so everything is cool

I was in here from about 9 this morning till about 4........
First of all I had to go and hunt around to find the helpline number cos I couldn't log in. Turns out our user name NOW includes invalid characters so we get a new user name, but at least keep all our history.....
We suffer all day with MYSQL errors, and the postcode thing, the fix (ensure you have a town/village entered or you can't turn off the postcode feature) was discovered by the users themselves playing with the system.
PM's ......... A lot of deleted stuff has come back, and we have lost our save folder, we just have an inbox ..... huh ! In addtion you can't use " or ' in pm's cos the system can't handle them............ emoticons don't work in PM's either.
Photo adds .......... I daren't even look !!! We have one that we've used as a profile and it's linked our signature. I can't find it if I go looking for it though, and I'm not going to go messing about with logins cos at least I can still get into the Forum.
I gave up at 4 cos I was getting continual MYSQL errors...... touch wood I haven't seen one for 15 minutes, but now the site is soooooooo slow....
With any new system there will be problems, but sorry guys the problems we have seen today are so fundamental they just should never of happened.
I sincerely hope it gets better.
