Whilst chatting to another member the question was asked describe yourself in 3 Words...
Me......Selfish...lazy...quiet...
Try and do this without thinking...(before your ego takes over and tells you what you should be like!)

My extra hour was totally wasted, I went to bed at midnight and my son woke me at unwell he had me up all night so that extra hour was spent being nurse. :violin: lol

Not wasted super mum.... :inlove:
An American werewolf in London is coming to the big screen..
As is..
Citizen Kane..
I love both of these movies how lucky i feel to have two such great(in my opinion, before im slaughtered by the egos for daring to suggest anything is great before checking with them)films in cinemas near me in the same week.....
If you could have two, which films would you pick..?

The Banana Splits biggrin
The best part is, all those of a certain age will now have the theme tune in their heads for at least another hour

I read this last night and woke up with...Na na na na na naaa blazing away in my brain! :D
My work is done cool
Not entirely...... :rascal:

somebody showed me how to do selfdefence :silly:

Really makes me quite angry that people who "think" they know how to do self defence, try to teach others.
The first thing they should learn is that teaching a complete beginner can't be done in 30secs
It takes years of dedicated training and knowing the ins and outs of safety, to enable anyone to try and teach self defence never mind take control of a potential life threatening situation
.
Especially at a wedding! (my only form of self defense is running.. biggrin )
I do like a debate...It does seem that when someone starts a thread it can quite quickly disintegrate into the battle of the egos and so the original thread gets overlooked.....Maybe that's another reason why the forum is lacking in whatever it used to have....not that I know what it used to be like..... smile
Why do we still persist with this clock change(not entirely sure why it started either, although do recall someone telling me it was due to kids,schools,war?)..im not googling it either as i always prefer to ask.... smile

Nobody is going to vote yes here, or to openly admit to being a member.....ask yourself why after seeing Griffin constantly bullied the other night.
It was NOT a reflection in my view of two sides of an arguement. It was Griffin against everyone else.
People are too scared for fear of recriminations to openly admit supporting is where my arguement of being underground being a dangerous game.

I would support him if he had anything that could possibly be of benefit to the country..From what I have read and know of him and his party Im as well voting for the Monster ravers as they, like him have as much chance of getting to office as I do of sitting on top of everest by Tea time...
Oh and was he Bullied...Poor chap....
I did not watch Question Time....Coincided with Curb your Enthusiasm...I then watched Hung(which had recorded) followed by Family Guy...The only Griffin on TV worth paying any attention too....
I have read a fair bit about the ensuing public outcry so I guess in that respect the plan to put him(the other Griffin) on TV worked..
A) The papers got massive coverage so we the numptys buy them..
B)The Beeb got lots of exposure so we the numptys remember they exsist...
C)The Tories get more chance of getting back in Office because we the numptys are shit scared of having a racist in Office..
This could probably go on but the point im making is that for every action there is a reaction and the powers that be have certainly achieved that...

If there are members that regularly post (or did) then by searching them you could get a sense of who they were and what their opinions are, far more relevant than random chatting at times.

That's a good point well made and something I try to tell new members. A well crafted profile page is great, but unless you update it every day (blog style) it really doesn't give too much away about what sort of person you are. On the other hand posts in the forums are far more revealing and can help you to get to know "the person" rather than "the persona".
Awwww shit !!! Is that why nobody wants to talk to me any more ???
They`ve got to know me !! lol
 I talk to ya!
But i havent read all your prevous posts yet, when I have I might start ignoring ya too. :P....
Is this why you have stopped talking to me.... rolleyes
.... should the NHS treat anybody no matter what the circumstances?....
There is a guy in Edinburgh who is a convicted ,he needs kidney dialysis 3 times a week to keep him alive..allegedly he has threatened to and murder nurses, attacked staff and hurled racist comments at ppl just doing their job, some off the staff have refused to treat him due to safety concerns...
Now i dont know much about the chap with the eating disorder if that what it is but my sympathies are for sure with ppl such as him as opposed to patients like the above.
I like mine underneath me on a hot sunny day...me..book..cloudless sky...peace...

Deciding which charity to raise for when I do Hadrian's Wall next year biggrin

Reading this...well done sassy..
Thanks hun kiss It's 2 years since my Atlas Mountains fundraiser and as I'm doing the walk to celebrate a landmark birthday next year, I may as well do something then too. Charity of choice this time is the NSPCC and I'll be doing it in memory of my Dad and my best friend, both of whom were amazing and devoted fathers and grandfathers. With them in mind, it would be good to help kids who sadly don't have the kind of love they deserve by right
Great charity..save the garden not the planet is my motto..I would be happy to join you for a few miles should it be possible.. smile

Sorry but wouldn't want to be a woman, coz if I had a pussy I wouldn't be able to leave it alone long enough to unrap a sweet! lol

I could say the same about if I had a cock! lol
I guess when you've always had one, you get used to it being there having played with it constantly until the novelty wears off at about the age of 12 rolleyes
You really have no idea about being a man!.....the novelty never wears off....... redface
Im fairly sure that's why pockets were invented...any man who says they are for loose change is a liar..!
I wanna be a man! :P
I must admit just after I posted that I thought, no it's probably only women that stop playing with themselves all the time. biggrin
