'Streaming' is still frowned on in education circles..unfortunately the word has not been explained too well in (or by?) the media.
Schools which streamed students would put the supposed high flyers into top sets for *all* subjects. Setting or banding does the same thing...but crucially it would apply differently in *each* subject. A student could be in a top set for maths but a lower one for french, for example.

You could leave the cams 'unclicked'...or is it the directing & commenting about who's on cam that you find distracting???
If you open a room, you can put 'no cams' in the room title. Then you would be justified in booting anyone who put their cam on, a warning first might be nice though.

1200 Bandit here.
Don't get this 'can't wait till summer talk' ride all year round..it's the only way !!
Will be off to work on it tomorrow..makes an excellent commuter bike.
Previously:
Honda CB125S cable operated drum brakes.. lovely, not.
Suzuki X7 Wow !! when I want to relive my youth, this is the bike I'll get
Triumph 650 Bonnie Good until an unfortunate seize on the A1..Ooops
Honda CX500 Only bike the mrs could fit on when pregnant
Yamaha XJ900 Frame too bendy..engine a snorter if you don't drop below 5000 sad
