Well done on your amazing success so far. Felt I had to reply because as an Aerobics Instructor - and never having maintained a svelte figure in my life without exercise, I feel that I can totally sympathise with you. It sounds as though you've got a reasonable amount of fitness from all the walking you do. If you want great legs and a flat stomach absolutely NOTHING beats taking up a form of martial arts. Everytime you throw a punch or kick you have to stabalise your core muscles and pull your stomach in to maintain your balance. It tones your whole body very quickly and really increases your flexibility
If you can't get to a class then try a dvd like the Billy Blanks Tae Bo series or Micah Bo is also good and he's not quite as "over the top" - Amazon have a really comprehensive stock and if you build up a collection then it might ward off the boredom until you're feeling more confident. Failing that just try squeezing your abs whenever you remember (think washing up, before you go to sleep etc).

Friday night, we went to a well known spot in Kent (near golf course, and its a park, off M20 etc etc... locals will know where we're talking about)
Was full of single guys, do any couples get there? We were both feeling really horny and was about to get it on for a couple of guys in cars when we were suddenly swamped by about 8 cars.

Have to say.... as echoed above by reese, clarensteve et al we would never entertain thune idea of seperate room fun. As reese said, we enjoy this scene as a cpl, not two seperate entities. Apart from the fact that i'd never put Susie in a position where she felt unsafe, i'd hate to be away from her in those circumstances, plus, i get a buzz out of us playing together.

regards your database, if you don't want to use the contact mgt in office (outlook) i can knock you up an access database with everything you need on it(just let me know what you need in it), just email me and i'll knock you something up relatively easily....
should be small enough to email to you pretty rapidly. I do these commercially, mostly SQL with a VB front end but always build in Access first to get a feel for the database.

On the subject of avatars... i have to say, there are some amazing avatars in here. most are better than the photo's in the photo ads section.... some really attractive women and their anatomies and some nice looking blokes(not that i'm into blokes, why do i feel the need to say that? i really don't know, it's a guy thing i guess)

I used to charge people for my time... nothing more.... an hourly rate, no call out charge, not extortionate, any pooter problem that couldn't be sorted within an hour i'd say straight away and give them the option of me taking it away to fix....

A few years ago, i set up in business and provided services specifically for the home user. I was available 'out of working hours' and built up a nice client base. Although i didn't make enough money as a totally sustainable income, i did get tremendous satisfaction that i could help these people, in their homes at a decent price.
There was then, as i'm sure there is now still a niche market for this, people can't afford to take time off work to get their pooters fixed, upgraded ete, if you can offer this service in the comfort of their own homes, you'll make a little bit of money and you'll also help people like this out.
Any techies out there who want to start a business in their free time should research it a bit more... it won't make you a millionaire, but if you enjoy working with PC's etc... you'll be providing an invaluable service to those that need it!!!

Would like a bit of advice about my bi-curiousity. At the moment I am desparate to have an experience with another woman and Paul, I can imagine wanting to kiss and touch intimately and be kissed and touched intimately, but although I have no problem with a woman going down on me - I really can't imagine wanting to go down on another woman!! Does that make me selfish? I don't want to put a label on what I "am" particularly but does anyone think it would be unreasonable for me to play with another woman and not be willing to perform oral? Not sure how the etiquette stands there! Any advice would be much appreciated.
