hey Roxie baby, happy birthday babes hope you enjoy your special day xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
nothing to add really everyone seem to be agreeing on the main points...but my question is whats hijacking?,to me i believe hijacking a serious debate with a lighter note is healthy to a forum as long as its not excessive or turn to a cattle market,we need vince cable attitude in heated forum to loosen things up..but moaning that i cant stand either.
8/10 not bad for moron like me but wait till we have physics questions ill floor the all lot of ya lol
yep it took that long cos the stupid thing was on maintenance 1319 sec newly and improved level of ignorance

This whole thread is moot.
Invariably the true last word is down to the Mod who locks the thread.

this is actually a threat to the forum many are locked so prematurely,i think suspending a thread for couple of hours when things heat up or get personal would be a good idea, but both parties must be adviced and some replies deleted...
It is unfortunate that some peoples sole agenda appears to be to wind people up to the point where they become so heated that a mod feels the need to lock the thread.
Personally I think the people causing the problem should be warned off and the thread allowed to run, when it`s only two pepole winding things up.
I think they should be banned from posting for a while personally.
Agree up to a point Minxy.
In life we all have choices. People on here have the CHOICE to walk away from a thread they do not like. It's very simple to do, a click on the mouse.
A forum like this cannot always be about " fluffy bunnies " subjects. Thats nice at times but there are so many explosive topics out there to discuss, which will become heated.
Yes I have been known to " bite " when wound up and yes have had a warning myself. But I have strong views on subjects that matter to ME. Whats wrong with that?
Bottom line here is I feel that sometimes we are treated like kids and not adults. Yes people will say well behave like adults then, but we are talking about strong subjects fgs.
Its like people complaining about an advert or a telly programme they dont like, well its quite simple...don't bloody watch it then. The same thing on here, if you see a thread that is getting heated, then turn over to the next page, ignore it. Is that so hard to do? dunno
The thing I do not like the most is when a subject is hijacked. That really gets my goat to be honest, and it happens all the time, on most subjects. Even on strong subjects people with nothing to say, then say something completly irrelevant. That is my pet hate.
Right what topic next for me " fluff bunny " ? lol
Halleluya to that!

my respect to people are in scales from 0-5,when i initially meet someone ill grade them according to my judgement then from there it will either increase or decrease depending on how they conduct themselves, but there are people in my life i.e my parents who i respect regardless...how others respect me is entirely up to them but i always try to work on earning some where necessary

Whilst I appreciate what you are saying, can I ask how can you 'grade' someone you've only just met? You can be courteous and respectful in their presence but grading??
(this is a simple question not a dig)
doesnt really matter what answer i make it will still end up in some battle ground,so i exercise my right of no further comment!...but i must admit i dont respect everyone equally

i think asked not to post on that particular thread would be appropriate!

why walk away on a debate that interest you dunno ,i try to be flexible to accomodate different opinions but after all the points have been exhausted would be good if a conclusion is made but that might exclude future contributors!
but the worse part is when you start a thread and the first replier want to suffocate it by having a last word or telling you to goggle it..
apparently swearing reduces stress when its appropriate,i only swear when weight training and almost everyday while driving.....
ha ha ha see now all those who have been avoiding the quiz can finally try to beat me,i wont try harder tommorrow lol

since labour govt. came to power we've had so many laws introduced but some are just a form of draining more cash from tax payers but the one relevant to this thread is drink driving has been upgraded to criminal offence and anyone convicted cannot work with children,i dont see the connection at all
shame on me have just checked her amazing pics of her backside yum yum indeed
Jeez we really need to lighten up,at this rate any thread commanding more than a sentence on reply will be heading to a LOCK...

Lets hope that nobody here who hates the yanks are anywhere, near when the next islamic bomb goes off eh?

Its a shame we cannot all live together in peace, as the human race has never seen to be able to do, for either one war or another one is going on. With the anti Americanism going on here, its almost as if some are saying America deserved 9/11. Maybe the enemies of the West are closer at hand than some think!

i dont know why you apologised for swearing if you can dare say such things, you beginning to sound like dictator Bush"you are either with us or against us",well remember protests the last time Bush was in UK,are you going to label them enemies of the west too?
This thread has been flawed from the start, first by being posted on 12th of september, but as i said before i remember stopping work at 2pm on the first anniversity in 2002 in honour of the victims...
well fabio you mention london bombing, the british government trailed the perpatrators who organised it and justice is in madrid bombing march 11 the spainish people reacted by protesting and voting the government of that day out of office and subsequently pulling all their troops out of Iraq,Bali bombing which many brits were victims too the Indonesia brought them to book
BUT the reason why the rest of the world is pulling away from 911 anniversary is thousands of innocent lives have been lost has a result of it...
