Hi.... sadly, meetings are a mood thing... and quite often, what folk agree to in one mood is frightening in the cold light of day.... providing a way out for someone getting cold feet has helped us in the past.... arranging a confirmation of intent to attend, and suggesting it's just to meet for drinks prior to a second meet for whooopy takes the pressure off, everyone turns up relaxed, gets plastered and makes whooopy ! Try not to put yourself out too much, and allow for genuine call off's - we all have real lives, swinging is just part of it !
