HI 's a horrible feeling!Take consolation from the fact that we all care! It will get better ...even quicker if you can change some of the smaller issues that you maybe can and perhaps this would clear your mind a bit to see where you maybeneed help for tjhiings you can't do on your own.I know the old cliches sometimes seem banal but something I really found to be a great practical help : ....Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change The courage to change the things I can And the wisdom to know the difference!!!
