UPDATE: NO LONGER A PAYING MEMBER AS HAVE HAD A FEW DODGY EXPERIENCES INCLUDING MEETING ONE PERSON WHO DEFRAUDED MONEY FROM ME. SO PLEASE BEWARE!

Thanks to the many kind people who have expressed their sympathy. The user in question has a (now inactive) profile as seb_78. His real name is R*ch*rd L*psc*mb* and he pretends to be a barrister and to own a luxury riverfront flat (which he borrows from a colleague) in order to defraud women out of money. I asked the site admins to warn any women he had been in touch with through the site but I don't believe that they followed up on this. So I took the liberty of emailing his SH "friends" myself. Obviously I have also reported him to the police (apparently as there are so many fraudsters out there and it was not tens of thousands, they do not have the resources to investigate). I am now pursuing him through the courts to retrieve the money.

As you can imagine, I am not interested in meeting any new people from the site after this experience. Old friends are welcome to get in touch. Not currently subscribed, so can't IM. Please message me so I can reply. Thanks. R
