It was a couple of days after my dad had died & I was in Northumberland with my mum at the time. The only thing that comforted me then was that my dad loved cats & I just thought that they were together.
Your son's obviously been brought up well to have such a caring outlook.

I had a very easy childhood. Brought up by caring parents in Middle Class Middle England, only thing was we didn't have the money to match my piers as my dad was a Vicar but we were happy & it didn't seem to matter.
