I am another one who hates the whole texting culture. I find it really rude when I am talking to someone and they get out their phone and start texting to someone.
I recently had a date with someone and his mobile went off. while we were having a nice intimate chat in a cozy wine bar. He politely said excuse me while I get this , I said OK no problem. He did come after me and catch me up and when he did I got my phone out of my bag and started to text someone while he was talking to me and I smiled sweetly and said excuse me...... and screwwwww yoooo and walked away. I hate being rude to anyone but in this case I do think it was justified.......End of date, end of communication, person deleted from my email address book and from my mobile phone.
I love my mobile... but I do not let it interfere with my social graces or my lifestyle. Condoms are essential mobile phones are a convenience.

It just has to be "NINE AND HALF WEEKS", i love that film esp the strip tease Kims character does the Mickey Rourke's character.
