Well that was a brilliant munch, huge thanks to Vicky and her band of helpers and Kaz for the badges.
Was great to meet all the usual suspects, three munches in about 6 weeks and im going to get withdrawal symptoms now!! Lovely to see Marshy and Mutts after a short absence and of course Bustylady and Mollman after a long one. Dont leave it so long next time!! Great to meet some new people and put faces to the names.
Everything about the night was great and i wont forget it in a hurry!!

Quite a bit of snow here, schools not closed much to my kids disgust. Walked son to school as usual and then took dog for his usual morning walk. He looked like a yeti covered in snow!!

My central heating packed in today, the boiler has been making strange noises for a while now and then today all the radiators were cold..
anyway, called British Gas and explained the problem and they were very helpful, they said we can pay a one off fee of £156 which covers parts and labour. We have decided tho to go for a contract, pay £35 a month which covers everything, plumbing, heating, drainage, any repairs and they will check the boiler once a year. So.... they are coming out tomorrow afternoon, fix the problem and ill be safe in the knowledge that we are covered!!
Hope this helps and good luck - im missing my heating today lots!!

I think most Stephen King's - except perhaps It, Christine and any i have yet to see - are reasonably good.
The better ones being the forementioned Shawshank and Green Mile, but I also put forward the Shining and Carrie.

I love Shawshank Redemption, Green Mile was amazing and Carrie scared me half to death!!

Trainspotting is by far the best film from book I have seen. The characters, plot and sequence of events was absolutely spot on.
I'd really like to see the Time Traveller's Wife made into a GOOD film. It was a fantastic story.

i just couldnt get into Time Travelllers Wife, Marya, still half read in my cupboard, maybe i should try it again,

I love attending munches and i find the more i go to, the more confident im becoming, of course a few voddies help!! My very first munch back in the summer of 2005 was soooo scary, i literally shook from head to foot and ive been told i looked terrified.
Its different nowadays, Bart and I go off on our own, chatting to our respective mates and meeting new people. I love the build-up, wondering what im going to wear, who is on the list, what time we can finally manage to leave the house, getting directions off the pc and because our printer is knacked, trying to read barts writing in the dark.
I love chatting about it in bed afterwards and laughing at different things.... i love this community, to me its wonderful!!

I won’t name names here, but I need to thank certain individuals for showing me such kindness and reminding me the value of friendship. You know who you are and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
As we go through life, we make mistakes, we learn from these mistakes, although in some cases it takes an awful long time to learn from them. Without friendship we can lose our way, we falter and sometimes stumble. Friends pick you up, help brush you down and lead you back onto a path.
I’m back, this munch helped bring me back.
Was great to meet you Manolishi and altho im not having a particularly good time atm, your words have made me think.... see u soon i hope
Suze xx
Dammie, can you please put myself and Bart down for this one??
Suze xx
Thanks so much to Sarah and her bunch of helpers for making this Notts munch absolutely amazing - i loved it!! Was a great idea for us to have whole venue to ourselves - loads more room and time to get round most people. I know tho, that i didnt get round to saying hi to people i wanted to but hopefully i will at the next one.
Happy Birthday Sarah and well done!!
Love Suze xx
Hi vicky,
Any chance you might have room for myself and Bart please??

I used to get quite bad PMT and as ive got older my periods became heavier and much more painful. Earlier this year, i started on the DEPO injections and after a few hiccups, i think my body is now fine with it... i find i have to have my next injection about a week to 10 days before its due otherwise i may start to bleed.
I have put on weight tho and yes this does irritate and annoy me but it could be just because im eathing too much dunno Apart from that tho, nothing out of the ordinary and its lovely to be period free, pain free and no worrying about babies either!!
biggrin
