Guys hardly go to the doctor, you girls go once a week and are used to being messed about with. For a guy having your sack cut under local is not something we are used to - sorry!
And yes the outcome is totally different. Post vasectomy the output is pure semen with no sperm, so not thick and lumpy but smooth and creamy - semi skimmed if you like.
