I had prostate cancer about 6 years ago and ended up with a radical prostatectomy (removal of the prostate). One of the nerves that get me hard was cut through during the operation, but with medication (Tadalafil 5mg once a day and Sildenafil - Viagra in common parlance twice a week) this is not a problem. I too have dry orgasms, after being a decent cummer before the op. I have all the sensation, but none of the mess. All i have to add is, Gents, if you think you have a problem, please get tested. 5 minutes of being poked about where the sun don't shine (you might even enjoy it! ) is better than the rest of eternity pushing up daisies!! Ladies, please encourage get your guys to get checked.
