What makes you laugh splendid?
I'm not looking for a row, but humour normally takes the piss out of someone. I would think that the fact that I am a bi male and a member of this site makes me open minded.
This thread is just another example of political correctness gone mad.
It has got to the stage now that you cannot say anything about anybody without being branded a racist/biggot/zealot.

I do not entertain anyone anywhere who offers jokes that promote ignorance towards anyone generally. I don't listen to blonde jokes, black jokes, Irish jokes or any kind of ignorant jokes.
If you truly believe the above, then what makes you laugh?. Jokes are normally taking the piss out of someone.
)try solutions that actually work, as opposed to just removing those failed by society, from society, and sticking them in a 12 by 6 foot box?
I have tried to stay out of this thread but can't.
Here is a true story for you.
I work in a cab office in a busy part of london and there is a drunk tramp that hangs around the area, he's been hanging around for years. Alot of the drivers(including me) buy him food on a regular basis, we don't give him money because he spends it on booze.
Last year he was beaten up badly and spent about a month in hospital. When he came out he was sober and social services put him into his own flat. This is the THIRD time this has happened.
Within a week he was back on the drink again and last week an ambulance came for him EVERY night. Whilst the ambulance is attending to him there could be someone dying of a heart attack who needs the ambulance more.
You can only help those who want to help themselves. We must draw the line somewhere.
My personal opinion is that this drunk tramp should be put down, radical I know, but how long can we keep trying to help him?.

It should be put on the price of petrol.
To be honest, I have got to the stage now where I feel most people get what they deserve, if there was a programme on about how much tax we pay and it clashed with eastenders, guess what programme most people would watch?.
Remember the fuel protests about 5 yrs ago, everyone agreed with it and the "dunkirk" spirit kicked in, but after about 2 weeks everyone was pleased when the tanker drivers went back to work.
The goverment have got us by the balls and they know it!.
A nation that is unarmed and in debt is a nation that can be controlled.
