I had quite a bad custard experience just now! Was definately definately not out of date - infact just freshly made this morning.
Left it in the pan for about an hour though!!!! Have decided to chuck the pan away - but don't think I can get away with throwing out the cooker.
As usual I've just finished doing lunch for 50  I can't decide wether to drink this wine or stick my poor poor feet into it! Today was Roast Pork or Roast Beef with all the apply/yorkshiry bits as appropiate smelt nice but alas there is none left. (All the bread and butter puds gone too  )
I'm knackered and starving as I usually am at this time on a Sunday.
I'm currently relocating to the Scary South  Am home sick already and at the moment and I'm still allowed home for weekends! . I think I will definately be looking for a northerner to adopt me. Just so I can have a converation with someone that understands me.
Since unlike some folk I've not been celebrating, eating, drinking and shagging. I've lost one whole pound again.
Slow but sure. Slow but sure.
Funny you shoul have a hat that looks like a wig. I've got a wig that looks like a sort of hairy hat.
though boiling your head would be more fun than actually reading what the search result bring up
Oh Easy's job sounds really dreadful.
I suppose part of the problem is that, if you do work with the public, then, much of the satisfaction you get from you job is brought about by your interaction with them. I love my business and am very proud of it. I need the public to make a success of it and when they leave happy or compliment me on it I'm walking on air.
However when the balance tips and you are dealing with more moans than anything else it becomes thankless. I take complaints very personally and the worst comment I've ever had was "you just don't care" which actually made me cry
After years and years of doing it I've realised that I'm not cut out for being a "servent" and am unhappy that people treat me as one - which they do all the time. So time for a career change for me I think. And am feeling particularly stroppy...... I wonder if Easy has any vacancies.
OH great - I'm never ever ever going to enter a competition again. The not entering prizes are soooooooooo much better.
Should I perhaps pic Lucy up on the way :P
I think you will find some sympathy Dave from Lucyweebaps hubby Ken.
He had to travel from Scotland with Lucy, Little and Myself all the way to Nottingham with a TV on his knee!!!!
(TV for the Karaoke)
CQ - Jealous as not going to make any of the upcoming Munches
