I agree I feel very hot and tired after prolonged exposure to the sun ( well within the limits though) I think its a hype thing, clinically you will be dehydrated, and hence the need for rest!

Hi Ginger, well I must admit Ive only just learnt how to use this forum and a day to late, it would of been lovely to pop down the motorway from Warrington, never mind my absolute loss, please keep me in mind for the next time.

I looked at the thread but there was no definative answer! I think as you hit a certain age your understanding of the opposite sex or the same sex for that matter is hightened, I finaly know now how to put different parts of sex into different emotional "box's" which makes it far better, I also think I have started to understand women( now thats a break through)
