Being around loved ones who are depressed is hard on that person as mum and sister suffer really badly. the are both good at the moment thought. but everyone is different on how they deal with it my mum gets help through counselling where as my sister has found tablets have worked for her. for people that have never suffered or been around someone who has make me upset about there flippant comments ''they just need to pull then selves together'' mad
