Hi all - Claire here. Quick update: I got out of hospital in record quick time; think I may actually be bionic!!! Recovery going really well so far, had the stitches out yesterday. Hi all - Claire here. Thanks so much for all the positive messages both here and in the chatroom. It means such a lot to both of us. Feel strangely calm and OK today - I feel sure that all will be well (although a bit grim for a while). As I often say to people experiencing negativity in life, "All things pass". This will too. Just a quick thank you for all your best wishes for Claire. She Goes into hospital on Sunday and is operated on on Monday. She will be in for a minimum of 10 days followed by 3 to 4 months recuperation.
Thanks to everyone for their best wishes from both of us and i will try to keep you updated as regards her progress.
