I've worked in IT for almost 40 years, i know that things go wrong sometimes, but we always keep the customers informed, give them an explanation and an estimated fix time, not that we can always meet that... It's been 15 hours now, no updates, nothing. Doesn't seem to be a priority to get it running again or at least keep us paying subscribers informed.

I was on a P&O cruise this summer and saw an upside-down pineapple on a cabin door. I was with the wife and kids, so I couldn't investigate, sadly. Whether they actually knew the meaning of it or not, I've no idea.
