many years ago i uset to run 6 miles cross country 4 days a week that was a long time ago as time wears on we all get lazy and fat hence i asked do you guys think im fat with the way i am now i want to get back in to shape but is it worth it all that effort and woman dont mind the way you were carrying a few extra pounds.
