Stil struggling here too....
When I click on the chatroom I just get a grey background in a window, no ability to type or enter the info required, it just stares back at me. So have been stuck with access to the forum and ads only.
All advice accepted with a smile....

It's been wet, grey and miserable in Glasgow, until I started reading this thread, things are looking up. My first munch will be Edinburgh on the 20th so fingers crossed we will meet in the NE too.

Welcome Sam, if there is a better definition of a Munch, let me know, but being new to this too, I guess it's just an excuse for some likeminded folk to meet up.

Congratulations Harry,
You have hit the nail on the head. It's not just a spelling issue, it's a state of mind. Put some thought and effort into something and the results far exceed your expectation.
The number of women I have contacted, whom have responded positively to the prose has surprised me.
Yes, there are many times when a one line abridged "chat" style is appropriate, however a post does require more thought.

Thanks to one and all for your replyies, Checked out the Mcmunchers on the sticky, so you do exist !!
Good luck to the munch in Edinburgh. Does this mean it's "Nill Points" to Glasgow.
There seem to be a number of new faces like me so am cautious about suggesting a "nibble" in Glasgow......??
