I have tried all day today to get into the beta chat, which tells me i am already logged in, which I am not. Why do we have these updated features and then not be able to use them. I am so frustrated, but will probably be told to stop moaning again.
Also the 5 minute wait is back, its a pain when the server has kicked me out.

I have had BT all whistles and bells for ages, and still get problems with sh and only sh. I sometimes get frustrated and show this in the rooms, but have on the odd ocassion been told by an op to stop moaning, which to be frank pisses me off. Who are these people to tell me to stop moaning?
The one thing that seems to get forgotten is that we are the customers here and we, in this household have spent £125 on memberships for the two accounts.
There is nothing wrong with my system, i dont get problems anywhere else and get fed up with patronising comments.
While on the subject does anyone have a reason why everyone shows as offline, even when they are in the chatrooms, chatting happily with people???? Baffling that.

Goldsmith here. I have spent a lot of time this past week, since joining SH, on the cams. The problem I am having is that whe I find a nice group of people to chat too, in mid chat, the computer crashes.
So as a result I am going to open a room on server 2 when I am in the chatroom. I think this will enable me and whoever wants to chat in my room to find our way back.
For those of you who are interested, the room will be called Gold Finger, and has nothing whatsoever to do with water sports
This thought came about as a result of me chatting on say the Beach Bar or The pool, which are usually very busy, and then not being able to get back in as the rooms were full.
What do you lot think?? Comments would be appreciated.
