frank zappa-the torture never stops is one a superb record to shag when she has a orgasm at the end, but i guess most of you lady would know nothing about that (lol) wink

yes indeed... a proper dutty song. smile
anything by peaches is good - proper filthy shagging music...
me & snow_white were talking about having an orgy, but have only vague (though filthy) ideas about how to do it... we reckon we have a few friends who'd be up for it, so that side's covered, but we could do with a little expert advice on how to make it go with a, erm, swing?
so, any ideas? how do we get everyone in the mood? do we just get people to strip on the door & dive in, or have party games and canapes first? any pitfalls to avoid? obviously there's not necessarily any hard & fast rules, but i've found it's always best to learn from other people's experiences before leaping in head first...
dunno what the linking policy is here, so i'll break it... www. is worth the occasional ramble through... loads of shit on there, but some good stuff too.

Now here's an interesting read.

cheers for that libra - i love gen's take on most stuff, but the latest developments are completely out there... s/he may be utterly insane, but there's plenty to think about too.
also responsible for the 2 best live gigs i've ever been to...

i was born in a rather haunted house so know what i am talking about

what does that have to do with religion and fetishism? confused
i think superstition & fetishism does have a significant & interesting crossover, but thats a different topic, for another day...

On the contrary, I think religion is one of those subjects where you can tread a fine line on whether you will offend someones beliefs.

true, though i'm unsure how many practicing catholiics/muslims/etc would be active members of a web community dedicated to practices specifically frowned upon by said religion...
i'm pretty sure most of us take a similar mix & match approach to religion as yourself, but what i'm interested in isn't so much current religious views as the religion you were brought up with, and whether you feel this has influenced your sexuality in any way?

There's a "perv community"?
I have my views on the relationship between religion and attitudes to sex, but I'm not going to go into them here as I'm sure I'll offend a lot of people.

i just mean people of an alternative sexuality in general, rather than an actual community as such (though surely sh can be seen as a perv community of a sort)...
why not share your views? i'm sure it'd be pretty hard to offend most of the people on here... smile
i was reading somewhere freud's theory regarding kinky sex - 'fetishism is the eroticisation of the repression'... now while i don't believe it is necessarily true that everything freud says regarding fetishism is necesarily true (that fetishistic sex is in fact indicative an undeveloped, infantilised sexuality), it did occur to me that a good portion of pervs i know (myself included) come from strict religious backgrounds, where sex is generally seen as sinful and/or dirty.
while i'm not quite blessed with the self awareness to work out whether my own predilictions are a rebellion against my background, or indeed whether the disgust catholicism seems to feel about sex has in fact stunted & perverted my sexuality, i would be interested in knowing whether a religious upbringing is as common in the wider perv community as it is amongst the pervs i know - and how much influence people feel this has this had on their bedroom activities?
just curious...

i used to have the same problem until friday night.
after that, i'd have to say it's down to technique.
<smug>
taschen have a wicked book of erotica through the ages called 'erotica universalis' (i think)... they do quite a lot of reasonably priced dirty pic books too.
for 50s pin ups though, it's got to be gil elvgren.
another vote for eric stanton here... basicly he has defined fetish art over the past 50 years. i have a massive book of his stuff, and some of the early stuff makes your eyes water more than the later...
you can tell your grandad's scottish... we are talking about the home of the deep-fried mars bar & pizza after all.
saying which, it sounds nice. might give it a go next year if i remember... the sweet/savoury combo is always a winner.
forums are definately the best places to get to know people on the web - you can build up a decent knowledge of peoples tastes & senses of humour etc before having to commit to anything at all...
as an afterthought, words mean different things depending depending on the people and communities using them - being a straight(ish) white boy, it would not be acceptable to use words like & queer - the same should also apply to pervert?
i'm glad the semi-serious nature of the thread has been noticed - my take on it is that people who are liberated sexually are more likely to be easy-going and relaxed in other ways simply through the processes the person has to go through to achieve liberation...
someone who is trusting enough to share themselves and their partner with other people must by their very nature be the same elsewhere - we all know how so many non-sexual hang ups and neuroses can spring from a sexual base, and how integral our sexuality is to our very personalities. It makes sense to me that the opposite is true, that those who are comfortable sexually are comfortable in the rest of their lives.
as for the word 'pervert', why can't it be claimed as ours anyway? if homosexuals can reclaim 'queer', and african-americans can reclaim ' ', then 'pervert' strikes me as ripe for the picking...

here sir wink

nonesense. i bet you're dead nice really...
where are the twirling moustaced, pointy bearded cackling villains? i reckon they only really exist in roleplay...
as a young perv, i always expected the clubs and communities of the fetish and swinging world to be full of freaks, weirdos and cartoon villains, all shagging away like billy-o... yet i've discovered as time goes by, that if anything, you find more 'normal', well adjusted people in the seedy underworld of sex & spanking than you do in vanilla life.
take this place - while i'm sure there's the occasional offensive perv turns up, the ratio of troll posts to decent posts seems significantly down on other (non-sex) forums i read... no flaming, everyone seems to behave with respect for everyone else. which is nice.
so where are they all, the sexual predators & deviants we've all be warned about? do they put on a friendly, respectful face to the outside world, pouncing as soon as our backs are turned? or are they actually by and large a creation of the powers that be, trying to keep the floodgates shut against the inevitable tide of sexual liberation?
first post btw. hi. smile
