Thankyou, all, for your kind helpful advice. However, we were unaware that our full profile and pictures that we put up when we joined some two years ago was no longer there !!
That having been said, we are not the novices that a lack of profile would normally suggest and as we said we are visiting leeds from switzerland where we live so it is now or never......
