I've never flirted with a woman. I am bi curious but I'd never have the guts to flirt with one! But I would say flirting would be different with a man then a woman.
And it also depends on what I'm looking to get out of it. Generally, I'd say when flirting mith a man, it's all about body language. Talk a load of crap but as long as you're giving out the right physical signals you're okay. In the past I've been told a couple of times that what I do with my eyes really does the trick!
I'm just stating the obvious really, aren't I? Sorry I'm no much help.
