be a complainant,the police officer must actually see you do something,if they don't actually see it with their own eyes they cannot give evidence to that effect otherwise they would be telling court ,under oath that is perjury (knowingly telling lies in court)punishable by up to 7 years in because an officer suspects that someone may have been doing something 'indecent'(as they put it)'fun'as we call it,doesn't mean its illegal unless someone is offended and you can't be offended if you don't actually see it,if that makes a passer by sees something indecent,they can complain to the police who can then act after ascertaining what the passer by actually saw and getting it in writing ie a statement,without any evidence,nothing will 't admit anything other than to say you were cannot be arrested for talking.I hope this clears a few things

Hi Jo and Lee,great party,met lots of old (in the none agist sense ) and new friends,sara your a star,experiencing her own personal earthquake zone,everything seemed to wobble didn't it dear,but just around you,chairs moved suddenly in front of you and ,having got in a just gone this morning,managed 3 1/2 hours sleep before work,marvellous,to adam and leonie,have a great trip,john

There was a murder there late last year,not dogging related,drugs apparently,so its not really a surprise,I'm assuming the powers that be think it may be that drug deals go on there and would like to know more of who's doing it,unfortunately dogging has to suffer because of it,I hope this helps,bloody druggies
