He cannot sell it because he does not have possession of it and cannot take it because of no insurance,she cannot sell it because she's not the registered keeper,presumably she has all the keys for it,presumably she will not willingly give him the keys so he would have to either burgle her house to get them or rob her to get them,she can prove she made the payments and the finance company will confirm this,it is her car,she is the owner,it does not belong to him,if he sells it ,it is theft (anyone who dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it).The police would ask him a)who paid for the car and want to see proof,he can't prove it,she can,b)why did he think he had the right to sell something that clearly didn't belong to him,I think he'd be a bit sticky on that answer,he might say she gave it to him as a gift,unfortunately she's not going to say that,then they arrest him for theft should he take it.a solicitor can give her advice on how to get the name changed on the registration certificate to must happen quite a lot when relationships go pear shaped so there will be a stated case I would have anyone points out that you can't steal a car thats registered to you,yes you can,if you have a company car and its registered in your name and you sell it,it is theft from your company,because you did not buy it,this is the same thing,good luck to her anyway.

I never approach unless the couple are friends. if
a couple arrive who i don't know and other doggers were there before me,I don't approach before the other doggers even when signs have been shown by the couple,there have been times when I've been "on" a couple,someone else has approached and the couple have said just one,I then ask the other guy politely to back off and tell him the couples wishes,most do back off when asked,occasionally one or two don't get the message so we either change locations or the male of the couple then puts the request to the other dogger in such a way that he does get the message usually in fewer words than I use and in a less polite way if you get my drift.I wouldn't dream of being in a place I was not seems that the good doggers are being overshadowed more and more by idiots these days, who have read a newspaper article about dogging and just think they can harrass any couple in a car park or secluded spot assuming they are dogging ,without any ettiquette or consideration for anyone else,some get comeuppance ,some just spoil what potentially could have been good fun,Those of us that were dogging before it became popular press will prevail in the end,We just have to be patient......as always

Hi,my ex and I have been to the paradise about 4 or 5 times,saturday night was couples only nights or single (non working) girls allowed had a great time every time,ask any taxi driver for north 6,thats the area its in,plenty of play rooms swimming pool,steam room,sauna,well worth a visit,I hope this helps,john

I must admit that if someone had spoken to me in that manner,I would call the police myself and ask for a patrol to attend ,preferably with a sergeant on board and made a report of someone impersonating a police officer and I would not the patrol arrived I would explain what had happened and ask he investigate,he would be obliged to,if they were actual officers I would make a formal complaint,it probably wouldn't go anywhere but would make that officer think twice before speaking to anyone like that is conduct unbecoming of a police officer,a breach of the discipline may have thought he was being clever but believe me,officers don't like being complained about,if you've done nothing wrong,which you hadn't,no one should speak to you like that,especially a police officer,just a suggestion for future reference,I hope this helps,john

UPDATE,apparently all have pleaded not guilty and will appear in court in due course,should be interesting,if the police were deliberately waiting in the bushes with 'surveilance equipment',it is not right,something stinks about this but I can't pin it down to what it is,a sort of 'entrapment' type thing although no one forced or 'set up' the doggers to my knowledge,its not like the police stumbled across them on routine patrol nor was it the result of someone phoning in a complaint that they responded to,the outcome will be interesting,possibly a test case(I don't know if there has been a precident),so time will tell,I do feel for the doggers though and would not like to be in their position at this time,john

it could be they were after drug users and the doggers were unlucky,I was not accused of anything but acted surprised when dogging was mentioned,I actually asked what was dogging and had the bob explain it to which I replied"jesus,really,that goes on does it".I might take up acting,haha

Harry,they do a 70's weekend at butlins at Skegness round about march and november,its virtually impossible to fail to pull,honest,your qualified by the fact you're a bloke,I've been 3 times and without trying(cos i'm shy and never used a chat up line in my life)you don't end up alone,The atmosphere is fantastic,loads of bands,slade,jimmy james,the rubettes(they are brill in concert before the p#@s takin starts) are there,try it,thats all i can say

It is a decent distance away from the main residential area,it is very secluded at night,most of the car park which is mostly pitch black cannot be seen from the main road and which is not well used at night anyway,there are a few houses up a hill at the end of the car park but no one seems to venture out during darkness and there are no children, it is rural everywhere else,another spot at p__k b__ge is also being targeted as well until at least saturday ,so i'm told,a fellow dogger is in the know,enough said,BE WARNED

I have it on very good authority that 5 male doggers and 1 couple were arrested last night a D____y N__k near Ashton u Lyne last night,police had 2 surveilance teams,one in the bushes another in the lodge,2 males were charged with commiting sex acts in a public place as was the couple.I was not there last night but was on Monday when 1 plain white police corsa(came in on 2 occasions),2 dog vans,3 transit vans and a traffic patrol came in the car park in 2 hours,I was the most protected man in England on Monday night,a really worthwhile use of police resourses don't you think,I would love to know the crime statistics for that part of tameside for monday night when most of them were protecting me,without me even asking them to,so kind of them I thought,it was free as well.

Just something to think about on the subject of rubbish,on the 25th October this year a murder was commited near a dogging spot in Stockport,nothing to do with dogging,but remember the police can extract DNA from semen,saliva(condoms)and fag packets(celephane wrapping)as well as fingerprints ,I've no doubt that condoms found in that area were taken for examination to find out who has been in the area recently,and sooner or later they will be asked to explain why they were there irrespective of the consequences to some relationships or careers,It can happen anywhere, simple solution to avoid it all is take your stuff home and bin it or elsewhere and bin it,just don't leave it,the murder was drug related(I have spoken to the victims cousin)but why take the risk,as I said just something to think about,I hope this helps,john
