no serioulsy im in distress..........my son is doing my head in asking to use my laptop.

I bought a pda phone and a bluetooth reciver i have a copy of tom tom tryed and failed for 5 hours to get the bloody thing to work it got as far as loading it on and it going throught the voices but when it came to puTing the maps on all it did was crash the phone every time anyone have any ideas
