Thank you for the advice. I'm not using either of those, I also tried from another PC and still couldn't get on. Not techie enough to work it out but I'll keep trying, so maybe chat to you soon..

Sorry if this has been covered by someone already: whenever i try & enter the chatroom i just get a 'connecting to server' message & nothing else. Would this be because i'm using a mac? Any advice appreciated.

there's another beta chatroom but there aren't many people on there. Hope you find a tech solution soon.
