I have experienced this myself and it left me feeling that there was something missing.
It didn't suit me personally but I can see how others might be attracted to the thought of
just turning up doing the business then dissapearing off into the night so to all seemed a little cold to me but it was that persons fantasy.

Hmmmmm I have to say that after reading the article I would have to place myself in the gatherer category. i actually enjoy shopping ..the whole experience..browsing for new items etc...as a male does that make me strange or just in touch with my feminine side...Iwonder
