36 we were in a similar situation last year, sex was not very often. So, (and my wife used to be very similar, didn't like talking about sex) I managed to sit her down and calmly talk about love, sex, fantasies and limits. So do we swing - no (not at the moment ) but we discoved other avenues - outdoor, dogging and other stuff.
