For me....imaginary horses, where me and my equally horsey mad pal would trot round making clip cloppy noises... redface We used to like the grass clipping rooms as well.
For Harry...typical naughty boy things...washing up bottle rockets, home made cap bombs and other things you wouldn't get away with these days!
Life hasn't been the same since they stopped wrapping kit kats in foil

I may be wrong on this, but dont Sainsbury's have exclusive rights to the red nose this year? I'm sure that's what I saw on their ad campaign...and there's certainly no red noses elsewhere anywhere locally because I've looked! They dont even sell them in school anymore

A bit late for me to mention, I suppose, but I'm sure they said last night that Oxfam were selling them as well.
But I do agree with you, Dark, not just from an ethical point of view but also just a matter of better sales if they were made more available.

We don't normally do much as the date has sad family memories attached. But we're not even together this year as I'm away all week on business....boo hoo. Spending valentines night with a bunch of blokes from work! Might look a bit odd, me, half a dozen men and a restaurant full of lovey dovey couples. :rascal:
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Still, about to make up for it with Harry tonight
Oh bugger, didn't answer the original post - have you tried browsing the SH shop on left. Never used it for dvd's but may be worth a look?

the person that comes to mind when discussing hardman, it has to be Sir Ranulph Fiennes, among other acheivments ran 7 marathons in 7 continents in 7 days, having had major heart surgery

Totally agree
He was guest speaker at a dinner I was at. The casual way that he mentioned the way parts of their bodies rotted or dropped off during the various expeditions they'd been on was pretty scary

I had thought about perhaps a woman's shelter or something like that but I cant find any information on the internet so wouldn't know where to phone confused

Shireen, try your local authority, many have links to housing projects and such like.
Or....

I couldnt find out how to design my own sad

After the sexy lady say's 'where do you want it?' the tattoo parlour page should load. Choice of 4 body locations on left, click one. Choice of design top right, click one. Then type wording below and hit apply.
If it's not coming up, maybe your flash player's not up to date.
Not brave enough for your own ( like me redface ), or fancy designing a new one......

I am loving this
Two for one offer....
Rectitude (n.), the formal, dignified bearing adopted by Proctologists.
Pokemon (n), a Rastafarian proctologist.
Sure this has been done before and I'm very sorry if its a bit early, but what was your favourite thread this year?
Mine was very recent.....Drewxcore's 'General Ignorance' thread had me rolling on the floor.

Well we're a bit traditional too. Although looking forward to it this year. Missed out as we were in Jamaica for Christmas last year. Goat curry!
But I look forward to boxing day more.....its a tradition to have bubble and squeak with the leftovers......is it very sad to look forward to bubble and squeak more than christmas day lunch?
Who cares...yum yum.

I'm mostly a lurker ( god I hate that expression, can't we just be observers or readers or summink!!!) and a very rare poster. Think its just that I rarely feel profound enought to spend the time composing something meaningful....and lets face it there is some pretty deep and meaningful stuff on this site. Instead I float around posting on the occasional light hearted threads.
I'm a terminal sitter on the fence, so stating my case has never been easy, I read a thread and often see both sides of a debate. Also I don't have a competitive bone in my body so can't be arsed getting stuck in anyway. rolleyes
Peace man :giggle:
Saturday night's curry night if we're not out and the best drink for a curry...........fizz! Doesn't have to be champagne, but a very good bottle of very dry cava........ahhhh bliss! drinkies
Agree with all of the above, I know it must be a tough old time, but the one thing I'd like is a bit of info on the state of play.

Haven't tried them yet but they get good reviews!
Other than that, try wearing wellies instead.

Nope, never been able to use these without them hanging out of the front of my shoes like big see through tongues......very attractive!
Don't care that its not December, the lights are all up in town, open air skating's started, late night shopping's started.......as far as I'm concerned, its the Festive season already.....so yah boo! lol
