. Is it the kinda exercise that you enjoy doing though coz ever since I got used to the whole "lazy" thing I havent been much of a fan of exercising,lol.
I'm off to chuck a mud mask on while I watch a dvd but I'll catch up with you soon hopefully.

Oh can you ask her to let me know what like that dvd is???
I was going to buy it in town today but decided to leave it, then I came home and saw a review or it and boy it does look like it could do a lot of good in the bedroom :twisted:

Oh Ive been down this road many a time sweetie,lol. As for the night shifts I sorta knwo how you feel. Mr Naughty was working from 8 till 5 then going to a second job from 6:30 till 1 am :shock: . I wasnt best pleased so he decided to quit even though we couldnt afford it. Now we're sorted thoguh and if working nighths is buggering you up, and i guess its nackering you out(im not getting much in the way of sleep now either) then you should try sorting something out coz it could make you ill sad

I know how your feeling sweetie. IS yer hubby any good at giving massages? If so then go for a nice bath then go straight onto the bed or whatever and get a massage and you should feel alot better. I havent had a full nights sleep in ages and my legs are killing me, I am so tense at the moment and I cant shift this nasty head ache ive had for ages so I did this the other night and it helped me unwind a bit.
But in the bath I recommend you should put Radox bath salts in with it because they really help you unwind smile

You should try getting a software in called Check IT Diagnostics. I use this to check my motherboard, HD, memory etc to check it is all working well from day to day. It tells you if there is something wrong with your pc.

Thanks for all your help. I still havent fixed it so I have no doubt that my spybot thingy mustnt be picking it up. I'll get Mr Naughty to fix it when he comes home. confused

I scan for spyware regularly. I fix all the spyware that comes up but it doesnt seem to have fixed. confused

Well one day I was at my nanas baking scones. I need to blow my nose so I asked her for a hanky to which she replied theres on just there by the readiator darling. Erm, you know when you click into your internet and it comes up your homepage? Well mines is Blueyonder, or it should be anyway. But it keeps coming up this other page even when I go to the tool bar, internet options, homepage, apply. I've done that heeps of times but it keeps changing itself again.
Anybody know how to sort this?
