hello again we went in august 2004 
I consider myself normal,not posh in any way just a normal working mum and maybe im kim n aggies lost triplet, or too fussy, but if that was my place id be too ashamed to have visitors over....... im telling you the place was dirty! and not in the good swinging sense either lol
part of the trouble is they never run it as a normal hotel - and so dont have to worry about gaining stars or rosettes or having any standards at all in fact :lol:
a playroom in a damp unconverted grotty cellar is not my idea of fun....yeah if they had done it properly and converted it maybe but trying to cover the bare damp concrete and cobwebs with a bit of manky voile and some fairy lights just doesnt cut the mustard !
i do hope you all have fun anyway just remember not to arrive in the day so you dont see it in daylight :wink:

of course he would have been happy, men dont tend to notice dirt unless its pointed out to them - but theres no way im rolling around naked somewhere thats not clean! we have spoken to another couple that said there were pubic hairs in their bed
my advice would be go, but dont expect any food, take your own bedlinen and dont go down the playroom its just nasty!! and dont use the toilet located through the dungeon area urrrgh need i say more - oh and they dont do the buffet til about 10pm either not 8pm as described, so you think great we will only have to find our own luch, but you end up getting your own brekfast, lunch and dinner and then the buffet later is just a bit of a snack
bearing all this in mind and going prepared you will certainly have a better time than we did

hello all sorry to put a dampener on things but euphoria weekends are so not worth the money!! :cry: i wouldnt recommend them at all, the place is dirty, used condoms are left in the bins for god knows how long and the owners dont know if i should mention their names or not on here so i wont are the laziest oiks ive ever met in my life. we went expecting a relaxing weekend and came home a day early even though we had paid for the full weekend, thats how bad it was !!
i dont expect much but i do expect cleanliness and what it says on the tin - and dont think you get continental brekfast as advertised becuase you wont- the most youll get is a bit of toast at 3pm when the owners finally stir from their beds
oh and their teenage kids have free run of the place :shock: . NOT relaxing or nice or worth it at all
