I think you've effectively answered your own question Goram.
Realistic posts with plenty of time to answer and something worthwhile to offer stand a decent chance of replies. Those which want something very specific and unattainable - at short notice and in the middle of nowhere - usually get 300 views and no replies.

Mids Princess - I'm not sure you'll get 100 definite yes's until you can pick a date. Most of the ones I've seen so far are like mine - "I'd love to come but depends on the date".
Why not pick a date which gives us all a good chance to check the calendar and make arrangements (May, June?), and start a list of acceptances? That way you'll see whether there's a chance of getting the numbers needed. I just fear otherwise this could go the way of so many other suggested meets, where we get stuck in a vicious circle of "agreement in principle" but it never gets further than that.
Just a thought.....
